Customer Communication

• Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations. Schedule & Organize
• Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track. Paperwork Perfection
• Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy-because details matter! Dock & Yard Coordination
• Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly. Team Player
• Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed-teamwork makes the dream work!

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Bilingual in English / Korean Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS). Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
