Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our process, supporting various operational activities within a fast-paced hauling operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the waste and recycling industry, while contributing to high-quality customer service. Duties Assist with washing and assembly of curb-carts using hand tools power tools, to ensure quality standards are met. Load, unload, and organize carts and finished products in the warehouse or storage areas. Participate in route collections Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goals efficiently. Qualifications Ability to stand, lift objects up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards. Basic understanding of yard maintenance processes and equipment operation.
