Laborer / Septic & Drainage Technician Apprentice

We specialize in septic system installations, repairs, inspections, drainage solutions, sewer work, and excavation services. We take pride in doing quality work, treating customers the right way, and building a strong team environment. Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and dependable laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced foremen and operators on septic, drainage, excavation, and underground utility projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the construction, excavation, septic, or drainage industry. Responsibilities Assist with septic system installations and repairs Install pipe, drainage systems, and underground utilities Help with excavation and site preparation Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Work safely alongside crew members and equipment operators Perform general labor and construction-related tasks as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the company Preferred (Not Required) Construction, excavation, septic, drainage, or landscaping experience Experience operating equipment or towing trailers Valid driver's license/CDL is a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
