• Landscape Installation Lead
• to oversee and execute high-quality landscape installation projects for residential and commercial properties throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on managing installation crews, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate combines strong technical installation skills with the ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and to T-Scape's quality standards.
• Manage daily job-site operations, including scheduling tasks, coordinating materials, and monitoring progress to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Execute and supervise all aspects of landscape installation: planting, hardscape construction, grading, sod/seed installation, mulching, irrigation, lighting, and related work.
• Read and interpret landscape plans, ensure proper planting techniques, and maintain accurate records of materials and labor.
• Perform quality control checks throughout each project and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations and design specifications.
• Load/unload vehicles and equipment (including trailers), safely transport materials to job sites, and maintain company vehicles, tools, and machinery in excellent working order.
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Assist with spring/fall clean-ups and maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall team. Requirements
• Minimum
• 3 years
• of professional landscape installation experience (lead or foreman experience strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to oversee jobs, manage crews, control costs, and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of plant material, installation techniques, hardscaping, and landscape construction best practices.
• Valid, clean Massachusetts driver's license with an excellent driving record (required to operate company vehicles).
• Physically capable of heavy lifting, outdoor work in all weather conditions, and maintaining high productivity levels.
• Professional demeanor, strong leadership and communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• Ability to read landscape plans, write reports, and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking while maintaining safety and quality standards. Schedule
• Average 42.5+ hours per week.
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM
• 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Some Saturdays required based on project deadlines and weather conditions.
