Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Landscape Crew Member! In this energetic role, you'll be an essential part of transforming outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful, functional, and well-maintained. You'll work hands-on with a variety of landscaping projects, from lawn care and gardening to hardscape installation and tree trimming. Paid training is provided, and you'll gain valuable experience in horticulture, construction, and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, planting, and gardening activities Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Use equipment like excavators and snow plows during seasonal tasks or emergency situations Conduct routine landscape maintenance inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care practices is a plus Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including snow plowing during winter months Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques in landscaping and construction Physical stamina to perform manual labor such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and standing for extended periods Join us in creating breathtaking outdoor spaces!
