$16-20/hr Full-Time Immediate Start Available We are a growing lawn and landscape company looking for dependable crew members who want steady work and an opportunity to grow long term. This is a hands-on outdoor position working with a small team on lawn maintenance and landscaping projects throughout Jacksonville and the beaches areas. We are looking for people who: Show up consistently Work hard and stay productive Have a positive attitude Take pride in quality work Want an opportunity to grow into leadership over time Types of work include: Lawn maintenance Landscaping Sod installation Mulching Cleanups Shrub trimming Pressure washing General outdoor labor Experience is helpful but not required for the right person with a strong work ethic.
