Position Overview MTH Landscaping is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Field Superintendent to work directly under our Landscape Operations Manager and help lead the execution of landscape construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing field production, leading crews, maintaining quality standards, solving problems in real time, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. The right person for this role is organized, driven, calm under pressure, highly accountable, and capable of leading by example in the field. ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership & Production Lead and support landscape installation crews on commercial and residential projects Help organize daily production goals and keep crews operating efficiently Ensure projects stay on schedule and within labor hour budgets Train and develop crew leaders and field staff Hold team members accountable to company standards Project Execution Read and understand landscape plans and construction details Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics Monitor installation quality and ensure projects are completed to company standards Identify and solve problems before they become major issues Communicate progress and job updates to the Operations Manager Equipment & Jobsite Management Ensure equipment, trucks, trailers, and tools are properly maintained and cared for Maintain organized, safe, and professional jobsites Enforce safety procedures and proper operating practices Assist with jobsite layout, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, planting, and final detail work Company Leadership Represent MTH Landscaping professionally with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Help build a positive, hardworking, team-oriented culture Lead with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and execution Qualifications Previous experience in landscape construction leadership required Strong understanding of landscape installation, grading, hardscaping, drainage, and planting Ability to lead crews and maintain production pace Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to operate landscape and construction equipment Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work as needed What We Are Looking For Strong work ethic Leadership mentality Accountability Attention to detail Calm under pressure Positive attitude Highly dependable Desire to grow long-term with the company Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and leadership ability Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth Company vehicle opportunities for the right candidate Performance-based incentives and bonuses Supportive team environment with growing company structure Why Join MTH Landscaping?
