What You Will Do ✔ Meet with prospective residential and commercial clients ✔ Conduct site visits and consultations ✔ Build estimates and proposals ✔ Follow up on every opportunity until there is a clear yes or no decision ✔ Close profitable work and collect deposits ✔ Keep sales opportunities organized within our CRM system (LMN) ✔ Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business ✔ Work alongside ownership and operations to improve the customer experience What We Are Looking For ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Self-motivated and highly organized ✔ Competitive mindset ✔ Strong follow-through ✔ Professional appearance and attitude ✔ Desire to grow with a company long-term Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, equipment sales, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
