About Us Thornsley Tree & Landscape is a growing outdoor property contracting company specializing in landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, drainage, tree work, lawn maintenance, and outdoor construction. We take pride in delivering high-quality work while building a dependable, professional team. We are looking for an experienced, motivated foreman who can lead crews, maintain job quality, and help keep projects moving efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily field operations and crew members Read and execute job plans, work orders, and project scopes Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and issues Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Operate equipment and oversee proper equipment use Train and mentor laborers and newer crew members Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company standards Track labor hours, materials, and equipment usage Communicate professionally with customers when needed Identify and solve jobsite problems proactively Requirements Prior landscaping, construction, or outdoor contracting experience Leadership experience managing crews Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid driver's license required Ability to safely tow trailers preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently Preferred Experience Hardscaping Excavation and grading Drainage installation Retaining walls and paver systems Tree work and rigging knowledge Skid steer, mini excavator, and equipment operation Reading landscape or construction plans What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Overtime opportunities Company growth and advancement opportunities Leadership role within a growing company Variety of project types and skill development Team-focused work environment
