About Us Thornsley Tree & Landscape is a growing outdoor property contracting company specializing in landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, drainage, tree work, lawn maintenance, and outdoor construction projects. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to work outdoors, learn new skills, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects Operate hand tools and basic power equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist with mulching, planting, grading, drainage, and cleanup Support crews on hardscape, excavation, and tree projects Follow directions from foremen and crew leaders Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Work efficiently as part of a team Arrive on time and ready to work daily Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work long days when needed Willingness to learn and take direction Valid driver's license preferred but not required Preferred Experience (Not Required) Landscaping or construction experience Equipment operation experience Trailer towing experience Knowledge of tools and jobsite safety What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Opportunity for advancement into skilled labor or foreman positions Hands-on training and skill development Consistent work during the season Team-oriented work environment
