About the Role The Landscape Foreman will lead a production crew and make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values leadership and hard work. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a crew of 2-4 team members on daily landscape jobs Ensure jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and at the highest quality standard Read and understand job notes, plans, and layouts Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each project Train and support crew members while reinforcing company expectations Communicate job progress and updates with management and clients Track hours, materials, and job completion notes in Jobber Qualifications 2+ years of landscaping or hardscaping experience preferred Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a crew Strong work ethic and attention to detail Experience operating equipment such as mowers, skid steers, and trailers Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Reliable, positive, and willing to lead by example Why Work at PMT Strong team culture where everyone is respected and supported Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Year-round work with snow and maintenance divisions Performance bonuses and competitive pay A company that truly values its employees and the work they do If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys leading a team, and wants to grow with a company that is building something special, we'd love to hear from you.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
