Landscape Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, Bi-Lingual and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscape construction projects. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise a team of landscaping professionals, and ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive the successful completion of diverse landscaping tasks, from lawn care and gardening to tree care and irrigation systems. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and horticulture tasks Manage irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency Lead landscaping construction projects such as hardscaping, planting beds, and outdoor features Conduct tree care operations including pruning, removal, and health assessments Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a safe work environment Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscape techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape construction environments Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, horticulture principles, and garden management Hands-on experience with equipment, irrigation systems, and tools Familiarity with tree care techniques and safety standards for arboriculture work Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors Prior experience in construction or outdoor project management is preferred Join us to lead vibrant outdoor transformations!
