Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. This is an in-field position where you will be leading while working alongside the crew. You will have the opportunity to work with a hardworking, dedicated crew as well as modern, well kept, industry leading equipment.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew
• Keep track of all tools and equipment
• Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
• Perform landscape tasks such as mulching, trimming, pruning, and edging
• Assist with the implementation of landscape plans
• Oversee and assist in installation of hardscape projects
• Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3 years previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Extensive knowledge of lawn care and landscape construction techniques
• Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address issues on-site
