Responsibilities Lead, work with and supervise landscaping crews on various projects and landscape services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Oversee landscape maintenance activities including cleanups, mulching, trimming trees and shrubs, etc Coordinate construction tasks such as site preparation, installation, irrigation system repairs, synthetic lawn turf and putting greens, plus other outdoor improvements Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment Manage work project budgeted timelines, materials loading, and equipment usage to optimize productivity Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to specifications Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor construction Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant identification, planting, irrigation, foliage trimming, hardscapes, and landscape project principles Hands-on experience with construction activities including site prep, installation, and outdoor project execution Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Familiarity with equipment operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're ready to lead exciting landscaping projects with construction expertise!
