Landscape Foreman/Driver

Job Overview We are hiring a Landscaping Foreman / Driver for new construction track home projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, reading landscape plans, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and correctly. Responsibilities Supervise and lead landscaping crews on new construction track home sites Read and interpret landscape construction plans Lay out plants and trees according to landscape construction plans Coordinate daily tasks with crew members and communicate with management Drive company vehicles and safely tow trailers to job sites Operate skid steer and other landscaping equipment Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards Maintain safe and organized job sites Requirements Experience in landscape construction (new construction preferred) Valid driver's license Must be able to drive with a trailer Ability to read landscape plans Experience operating a skid steer Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Previous foreman or crew lead experience Experience with track home landscaping Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits Steady, year-round work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Apply today to join a growing landscaping team focused on quality new construction projects.
