Responsibilities:

Assist a team with completing landscape enhancement and construction projects including patios, retaining walls, sod installation, planting, grading, and drainage work Learn proper installation techniques and company quality standards through hands-on training Support crew leaders with daily job site tasks while maintaining a safe, productive, and organized work environment Load and unload materials, maintain tools and equipment, and assist with truck and trailer organization Perform hands-on landscape construction and general labor as needed Gain experience operating landscaping equipment and tools under supervision

Must Have:

Valid Chauffeur's License Reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Positive attitude and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Experience using landscaping tools or equipment is a plus Interest in growing into a leadership role over time preferred Apply today to join a company that values quality work, strong teams, and long-term growth.
