• Part-time, Full-time Part-time/ Full time position We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscaping Maintenance Technician to perform routine landscape and property maintenance.

This role focuses on keeping outdoor spaces clean, healthy, and well-maintained through mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation checks, and general upkeep. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, are physically capable, and take pride in quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Mow lawns, edge borders, and trim grass and hedges Perform routine pruning of shrubs, trees, and plants Weed control in lawns, garden beds, and hardscape areas Blow and clean walkways, driveways, patios, and parking areas Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants Apply mulch, bark, gravel, or soil as needed Inspect and perform basic irrigation adjustments and repairs Remove debris, leaves, and green waste Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition Follow safety procedures and job site best practices Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
