Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of landscape upkeep, ensuring that our clients' properties are beautifully maintained and meet the highest standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety protocols, and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and lawn care Oversee irrigation system repair and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency Lead landscaping and gardening projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines Manage tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments Train and mentor crew members on proper maintenance techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on quality results Strong supervising and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members effectively Knowledge of lawn care practices, construction basics, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques Ability to plan work schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Familiarity with gardening tools, landscape equipment, and maintenance machinery Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment
