LMA has been in business over 50 years and serves high-end residential and commercial clients. The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager serves as an extension of our Landscape and Maintenance Directors. They are responsible for representing the company in a positive and professional manner. He/She directly supervises the installation and maintenance provided by our company, including direction, leadership, and support. Job Description/ Hiring points Have 3-5 years landscape/maintenance supervision experience Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred. Associate degree or relevant experience will also be considered. Plant knowledge needed Work closely with leadership management while coordinating with other departments to promote a seamless workflow. This position will include working hands on with crews, communicating tasks clearly, and following up on work performed. Ability to learn and grow in all aspects of our industry. Think outside the box and apply your experience. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Give attention to overall quality of jobs Hire, train and develop maintenance crews to work efficiently and safely while providing insight on correct pruning, plant health, and overall maintenance of client's landscape. Have a clean MVR (3 year)- this position will offer a company vehicle for work related use only. Be willing and able to perform job functions required by this position such as heavy lifting, digging, and working in undesirable weather conditions.
