Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper to join our dynamic team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through a variety of hands-on tasks, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and hardscape features are pristine and thriving. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to maintain healthy turf Utilize hand tools and power tools for planting, pruning, trimming, and landscape installation projects Operate machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently for site preparation and seasonal maintenance Conduct landscape maintenance activities including tree care, tree trimming, shrub pruning, and garden bed upkeep Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing in winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Assist with general construction activities related to landscape projects ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure longevity and proper functioning Experience Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture preferred; familiarity with lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance essential Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, excavators, snow plows, and irrigation systems required Strong understanding of plant care including tree trimming, pruning techniques, and horticulture principles beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Knowledge of safety procedures when handling hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and construction materials necessary Prior experience in hardscape installation or construction projects advantageous but not mandatory; training provided for the right candidate Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep and client satisfaction Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
