Landscaping Construction Team Member

THS is a fast-growing maintenance and construction company based in Campton, NH. We're launching a landscaping construction division this year and looking for someone who knows how to build outdoor spaces - patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, plantings, not just maintain them. What You'll Be Doing Building patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, and landscape installations for residential and commercial properties Grading, excavation prep, and site work associated with landscape construction projects Planting trees, shrubs, and other materials as part of landscape installs Flexing to support our maintenance crew as needed (mowing, cleanups, etc.) Maintaining and caring for equipment Working under our Landscaping Supervisor What We're Looking For Hands-on experience building hardscape and landscape construction projects Physically capable of demanding outdoor work and comfortable operating equipment (skid steers, plate compactors, etc.) Hard-working, reliable, and task-oriented — you get things done and communicate constantly Comfortable working with customers and being part of a small team Familiarity with basic technology for admin tasks (submitting forms, taking photos, writing digital notes) Clean driving record (very important) At least 3 work references, with at least one in landscaping, hardscaping, or related field Nice-to-Haves That Move You Up the Pay Scale Experience with drainage and grading Paver or natural stone installation experience Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator) Plowing/snow removal experience Carpentry or mechanic skills Compensation $20-26/hr depending on experience and skill set Seasonal position, April through November Hours are heavier during Spring/Summer/Fall On-call availability for snow removal November through April is expected Open to year-round employment for the right candidate, which would come with benefits
