Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with team members, and ensure that all landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire your crew to deliver exceptional results while maintaining safety and quality throughout every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful outdoor spaces while honing your supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely completion of projects including planting, lawn care, pruning, and landscape installation Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and repairs, and garden care Manage construction activities related to landscape projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work meets quality standards Provide guidance on tree care practices, including pruning, removal, and health assessments Ensure proper use of equipment and tools; perform routine maintenance checks to keep machinery in optimal condition Lead efforts in horticulture practices by selecting appropriate plants, soil preparation, and pest management strategies Foster a positive team environment through leadership, training, and clear communication Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance roles Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture techniques Knowledge of construction processes related to landscape projects Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Familiarity with tree care practices and arboriculture principles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Hands-on experience with landscape tools, equipment operation, and routine maintenance Join us to lead innovative outdoor projects that transform spaces into vibrant landscapes!
