We're looking for a Mowing Foreman to lead with pride and take ownership of quality, service, and crew development on high-end residential properties. What You'll Do Lead and manage a mowing crew to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency Operate and maintain commercial mowing and lawn care equipment Safely drive a truck and trailer between job sites Train and mentor crew members to deliver consistent, top-notch work Communicate with customers and team members in a professional and respectful way Ensure each job site is completed to our standards—and exceeds customer expectations What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience leading a landscaping or mowing crew Skilled in operating mowers, trimmers, and other lawn care tools Valid driver's license and experience towing trailers A leader who cares about doing the job right and supporting the team Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Hourly Rate:

$19-$21/hour, depending on experience
