Landscaping Laborer WITH DRIVER LICENSE

Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Crew Members to join our team and help maintain both residential and commercial properties. This role includes tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, seasonal cleanups, and more. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and works well with a team to ensure properties are maintained at a high standard. Duties Perform routine landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Assist with mulching, cleanups, bush trimming, and seasonal services as needed. Operate landscaping equipment safely, including push and ride-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Follow daily schedules and complete jobs efficiently and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized worksite and company vehicle. Communicate with the crew leader and team members to ensure quality work and timely job completion. Uphold safety standards and use proper protective equipment at all times. Experience Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic and ability to take direction and work as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
