Laorer/Operator

Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery used in the laoring and manufacturing process, ensuring optimal performance at all times Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Assist in setting up machinery for different production runs, adjusting settings as needed for efficiency and quality Document operational data accurately, including production counts, machine performance, and maintenance activities Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues quickly and minimize downtime Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency Requirements Prior experience operating industrial machinery or similar equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines precisely Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Laorer/Operator and become an integral part of a vibrant team committed to manufacturing excellence!
