Job Description:
Role Purpose As a Launch Demand Planner , you will lead Supply Chain projects focused on improving how we plan, share information, and optimize resources. Your mission is to streamline processes, ensure efficient material flow, optimize inventory, and meet customer demand in a safe environment. You will also drive communication and training to ensure compliance with policies and standards, while supporting the execution of the Supply Chain strategy across the Division and Product Line. Key Responsibilities Lead Supply Chain planning for new programs. Coordinate activities from suppliers to customers to ensure readiness at SIOP. Manage project plans, KPIs, and deliver SC projects on time and within cost. Implement best practices in material flow, capacity planning, inventory, and SC/IT solutions. Provide communication and training to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (any field). 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership, with focus on supply chain. Expert level in Forecasting & Demand Planning, SIOP/MPS/MRP, Scheduling, Master Data Management, and IT solutions. Practitioner level in Strategic Planning, Inventory Management, Project Management, and Business Process Excellence. Strong communication, follow-up, self-management, and organizational skills.
