Laundry Attendant

VeeWash is hiring Laundry Attendants for our wash-dry-fold operations in Richmond Hill, Queens. This role involves sorting, washing, drying, folding, bagging, and preparing customer laundry orders in a fast-paced laundromat environment. We are willing to train reliable and hardworking individuals with the right attitude. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable standing for long periods, working with a team, and maintaining high-quality order accuracy. Responsibilities Receiving and weighing customer orders Sorting, inspecting, and loading laundry orders Loading and unloading washers and dryers Folding, bagging, and assembling completed orders Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas Following production, quality, and safety procedures Assisting with general laundromat duties as needed Work / Safety Qualifications Lifting ability: 25-50 pounds Push/pull ability: up to 150 pounds Requires standing and walking for long periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Other Qualifications Laundry, laundromat or housekeeping experience preferred Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred Basic comfort using mobile apps or technology preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and be coached Must be authorized to work in the United States Availability for early morning, weekend, or flexible shifts is preferred

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
