$75,000 - $95,000 per year Job Description A law firm in Queens specializing in New York No-Fault Arbitration and related litigation is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing cases independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, file, and manage no-fault arbitration cases Handle electronic filing through NYSCEF and e-Law File and manage cases in the New York Supreme Court Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and hearing dates Draft and organize legal documents and correspondence Track case status and follow up on filings and responses Assist with invoicing and billing using QuickBooks Communicate with courts, arbitrators, insurance carriers, and clients Maintain organized case files (digital and physical) Qualifications Minimum 2 years of law office experience (no-fault or litigation preferred) Proficiency with NYSCEF and e-Law Experience filing cases in the New York Supreme Court Experience with QuickBooks invoicing and billing Strong calendaring and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently in a small firm environment Strong written and verbal communication skills
