Laundry & Warewash Solutions Specialist (Mechanical + Sales Path) Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Laundry & Warewash Solutions Specialist to support our Laundry & Warewash team in Lino Lakes, MN . What You'll Do:

Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts Conduct on-site evaluations to identify opportunities for improved laundry and warewash solutions Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to customers Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers Recommend and implement solution-based improvements that drive results Perform routine service visits and respond to customer needs Support sales initiatives and help identify growth opportunities within your territory

What You Bring:

Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment Interest in growing into a sales or customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to solve problems and think critically in the field Self-motivated with strong time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Laundry/Warewash experience is a plus-but we will train the right person
