Riverview Cattle Company Careers Position:
Animal Health Lead If you want to work outside, care for animals, make great money and work as part of a fun team this position is for you! In this role you are hands-on working with cattle every day, from acclimating and spending time with cattle to treating sick animals and processing new arrivals. We believe in working together as a team, always being willing to learn and improve and doing the right thing every time. What you'll do Walking pens each day Acclimating new cattle Feeding & Checking calves that are turned out Receiving & Processing new cattle Low-Stress Handling Daily use of Performance Beef Software Sorting cattle on arrival and throughout the feeding period Setting up pens for new cattle including - bedding, hay, washing tanks, etc. What You'll Need A heart for cattle Desire to have the same routine daily Ability to work on a team Willingness to put needs of cattle first Desire to learn Honesty and integrity Experience preferred but not required. 7:30am-4:30pm M-F & Every other weekend
