Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Pet Loss Support & Animal Transporter to join our team. This dual-role position requires strong administrative skills and a love for animals. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily operations.
Duties:
  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating memorial products, and managing emails
  • Pick up and transport animals safely from vet offices to our facility daily
  • Helping to assist in after hours phone calls to dispatch and transfer pet family members into our care
  • Maintaining community relationships with partnered clinics and vets
  • Keeping pet transfer vehicles clean and stocked of supplies
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with additional office tasks as needed
  • Ability to lift larger animals (50-75 Pounds)
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Background in animal or veterinary procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative functions
