Job Description

Waccamaw Management, an Associa company, is hiring a
PART TIME
Community Code Enforcer for its HOA community in Myrtle Beach. A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.
Work hours:
20 hours a week Preferred schedule: Mon, Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., 8am - 1pm Will be flexible Off on Wed. No weekend work.
Daily responsibilities:
Walk or drive community to conduct inspections. Refer to inspection requests by the Onsite Manager and members of the Board of Directors. Ensure homeowners are following the HOA Rules and Regulations. Document, take pictures, and report findings. Issue homeowner violation notices, and follow-up t0 ensure violation was corrected. Notify Onsite Manager of any maintenance concerns. Monitor speed radar system. Submit reports to the Onsite Manger of code infractions. Other duties as requites.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Valid driver's licenses and clean driving record is required. 1+ year of customer service, data entry, office support, and clerical experience. High level of custoemr swrvice, Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Proactive communication style with timely follow-up. Self-managed, self-directed, and self-motivated. Abiliuty to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently to accomplish daily tasks. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques. #LI-PK1
