Court Monitor Funcity Adventure Park Walpole East Walpole, MA Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Youth recreational activities facilitation Childcare Customer communication Safety regulations POS systems Working with youth Full Job Description Overview A Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests on the trampoline courts. This role involves actively supervising jump areas, enforcing park rules, assisting guests with equipment and activities, and responding quickly to any unsafe behavior or incidents. Court Monitors provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized environment, and help create a fun, high-energy atmosphere while prioritizing safety at all times. Responsibilities upervise trampoline courts and other attractions to ensure guest safety at all times Enforce park rules and safety guidelines consistently and professionally Provide clear instructions to guests on proper jumping techniques and safe play Monitor participant behavior and intervene when unsafe actions occur Respond quickly to accidents or injuries and follow emergency procedures Report incidents, hazards, or equipment issues to management Assist with opening and closing duties, including basic cleaning and court checks Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment Deliver friendly, high-energy customer service to create a positive guest experience Support team members and management as needed during busy periods Experience Prior experience in sports coaching, youth programs, or community supervision is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse age groups and backgrounds Experience in conflict management or mediation to handle disputes professionally and constructively Knowledge of basketball or similar sports activities is a plus for engaging participants through recreational programming Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and young people in a supervised setting Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during court sessions Join us as a Morning Court Monitor to make a meaningful impact in our community!
