literature course introduces students to the analysis of literary texts. It is the course through which the IB's policy of mother-tongueentitlement is delivered. The course is automatically available in 55 languages and available by special request and may be studied in anylanguage with a sufficiently developed written literature. The duties of DER include the setting and marking of examinations anddetermining final grades of students. You must:

have a degree or equivalent in the subject (or a relatedsubject) for which you are applying, have a minimum of one year's experience teaching the subject (or a related subject) for whichthey are applying to students of: 16 to 18 years of age (DP) be native speaker/fluent in English and Italian inorder to write reports and mark students' written and spoken responses.
