This 1099 position is ideal for experienced healthcare professionals comfortable working independently in the field. Responsibilities include blood and urine specimen collection, vitals, EKGs (when required), documentation, specimen packaging/shipping, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Strong venipuncture skills required Previous paramedical or phlebotomy experience preferred Current certification preferred (CPT, MA, EMT, CNA, LVN, RN, etc.) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to work independently and manage scheduling efficiently Professional communication and appearance required Must maintain active general liability/medical professional insurance

Preferred:

Insurance exam experience Mobile healthcare experience EKG and specimen processing knowledge Flexible scheduling available. Paid per completed exam/appointment. Mileage compensation may apply. Contractors must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, NDA, and Non-Compete Agreement and agree to maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
