Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers. As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor inmates to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents within the facility
  • Enforce discipline and ensure the welfare of inmates
  • Maintain accurate records and write reports on incidents and daily activities
  • Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment
  • Assist in the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates
Qualifications:
  • CPR certification
  • Proficient in report writing
  • Military experience is a plus
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Familiarity with CCTV operations
  • Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
