Job Description
As a Part-time Juvenile Corrections Worker, you will supervise the activities of at-risk youth in a residential facility for juveniles pending disposition of their court cases at the Juvenile Detention Center. The Juvenile Detention Center is a state-licensed facility for juveniles ages 10 to 18+, who are pending juvenile court process. If you have a passion for working with at-risk youth and have great adaptability skills, then this position may be for you. Part-Time starting pay is $20.60 per hour. After a probationary period the rate increases to $21.12 per hour and annual merit increases up to $23.69 per hour, plus COLAs. Must pass a criminal background check, have high school diploma (or equivalent), complete Mantoux test upon hire, and maintain valid Minnesota Driver's License. EOE.
