Upon completion of 1 year $29.26 per hour
Upon completion of 2 years $32.64 per hour
Upon completion of 4 years $34.89 per hour
Upon completion of 8 years $37.14 per hour
Shift differential of .30 cents/per hour
Prior correctional experience can be utilized for years of service
