Job Description
Detention civilian controllers work shifts of 12 hours, 3 or 4 days a week. Civilian controllers are in charge of operating the detention center facility doors and monitoring facility cameras. Controllers also look out for the safety and well-being of detention deputies are they go about their daily activities and while interacting with inmates. Job requires multi-tasking and attention to detail. Qualified applicants will need to pass a background investigation, a drug test, and psychological evaluation.
