Job Description

We're hiring detail-oriented contract researchers in Worcester to collect information from public court records. Work is performed in person, using public terminals available to any member of the public. No legal experience required — we'll train you on the specific workflow. What we're looking for
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Detail-oriented; comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks Reliable transportation to courthouses in Worcester, Massachusetts Own smartphone (iPhone 12+ or equivalent Android, 2020 or later) Professional appearance and demeanor — courthouses are public settings Able to sit or stand at a terminal for extended periods Legal right to work in the United States Nice to have (not required): Prior experience with court records, paralegal work, or public records research Familiarity with the Massachusetts court system Compensation and schedule $22.50 to $30 per hour depending on productivity, with earnings potential above $30/hour for faster contractors Parking reimbursed with receipt Flexible schedule — part-time (15-20 hrs/week) or full-time (30+ hrs/week) available Shifts run during courthouse hours Monday-Friday between 9 AM to 4:30 PM Work is performed in person at local courthouses How to apply Send a short email to govrelations@alphascreeningus.com with your name, a paragraph about relevant experience (if any), resume and your availability.
