Working directly with attorneys, legal professionals, corporations, and associations, you will ensure a seamless and high-quality recording experience. Key Responsibilities Digital Recording of Meetings and Events - Utilize high-end technology to accurately capture client proceedings (Equipment and Training provided). Processing Digital Information - Gather, organize, and submit client documents with precision and compliance. Travel - Be available to travel within a 3-hour radius (up to 180 miles) of your residence or a Naegeli office (all travel time, mileage, and expenses fully compensated). Comprehensive Training - Participate in a two-week training program at our corporate headquarters (Travel and Accommodations provided). $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Application Question(s): Approximately how many words can you type per minute? Name three qualities you feel make you an ideal candidate for this position Do you currently have an active notary license? Do you have your own personal vehicle? How are your technical skills with a Windows-based laptop computer? (Connecting USB devices such as a camera and speaker, connecting to a Zoom link) The hours for this position will vary. On average, you can expect a minimum of 60 hours and up to 120 hours per month. Would this work for the long term?
