Position Overview As a Team Member at Takeoff, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring safety and fun across various attractions in the park. You will assist customers, monitor activities, and ensure the safety of all participants in the Harness Area, Court Monitoring, Climbing Zones, Rope Course, Tube Slide, and . While your main focus may be on one area, you will also be trained to assist in alternate zones and activities as needed, ensuring a flexible and dynamic role within the park. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your assigned area, ensuring that equipment is properly stored and zones are ready for use Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment across all park attractions Assist with opening and closing duties for your designated zones Promote other park attractions or experiences to guests as needed Customer Assistance Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all guests, offering guidance on how to safely use equipment and navigate attractionsm Explain safety rules and procedures for each activity clearly to guests Assist guests with any questions or concerns they have about the attractions or park policies Help ensure guests are properly equipped (e.g., harnesses) and ready for each activity Safety Oversight Monitor guest participation to ensure safety rules are being followed at all times Oversee equipment safety, ensuring all harness gears are in good condition and securely fitted Act quickly and calmly in the event of an emergency, including providing first aid assistance and notifying emergency personnel when needed

Zone-Specific Duties Rope Course:

Supervise guests using rope course, ensuring all safety measures are followed, and assist with any technical challenges

Harness & Court Monitoring:

Monitor the harness area and court to ensure guests are safely participating and following proper conduct during their activities

Climb Area:

Oversee the climbing area, assisting guests as needed and ensuring safe climbing practices are followed Flexibility and Learning While your primary responsibilities will be focused on one of the specific areas (e.g.



Rope Course, Climbing, etc.), you will be required to learn and assist in alternate areas as needed Cross-training will be provided to ensure versatility and coverage across the park Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older
