Your role will involve overseeing activities in designated areas, managing guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism, and maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for customer service, conflict management, and event oversight in a lively resort or entertainment setting. Responsibilities Monitor activity in designated areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules Manage guest interactions with friendly professionalism, providing excellent customer service Resolve conflicts swiftly and effectively to maintain a positive environment Assist with event management duties, including crowd control and guest engagement Communicate clearly with team members and guests through public speaking or announcements Experience Previous experience in events management or customer service preferred Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus due to the focus on safety oversight Working with children or in hospitality environments enhances ability to connect with diverse guests Strong public speaking skills for announcements and guest engagement Must be at least 16 years of age Join us as a Court Monitor and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating safe, fun-filled experiences for all!
