As our company continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking experienced, reliable, and highly professional Court Reporters to join our team. This role is not entry-level. Location Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County, Florida Overview We are hiring a seasoned Digital Court Reporter capable of handling both remote and live proceedings. This hybrid role requires regular in-person work throughout the tri-county area, along with virtual coverage as needed. This is a self-sufficient position requiring someone who can manage assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Must reside in Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions in person to capture a verbatim record using digital court reporting equipment/software Conduct remote reporting for virtual proceedings via approved video conferencing platforms Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times Complete assignments timely and independently Ensure work product is delivered according to required standards Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 1 year of verifiable court reporting experience (within the last 5 years) Must hold a current, non-expired Florida Notary Public commission.
