Digital Reporter Legal Proceedings Are you techsavvy and interested in the legal industry? U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters to help create the official record of legal proceedings such as depositions and hearings.
No prior experience is requiredwe provide structured training and certification support to set you up for longterm success.
About the RoleIn simple terms, a Digital Reporter is responsible for recording and managing the official audio record of legal proceedings. Youll use digital audio technology to ensure everything said during a proceeding is accurately captured, organized, and prepared for transcription.
Training & CertificationHired candidates will complete training prior to start dateAAERT certification supported Guidance provided for obtaining a State Notary CommissionKey ResponsibilitiesLegal Reporting (Training Provided): Participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings while administering oaths and ensuring a clear, accurate record.
