The applicant must have a good command of working efficiently in an organized fashion; must have a good command of English grammar and spelling; must be able to work in a high paced and high stress environment; attention to detail preferred. Bilingual preferred. The job responsibilities are as follows: answer phones; scanning uploading and closing files; calendar hearings on google calendar and on client portal; prepare files ensuring they are properly organized for client meetings and hearings; calling clients, court, process servers, or firms as needed; court runs to obtain hearings or documents as tasked, other tasks as assigned.
