Minimum requirements:

520 hours of experience as a Cotton & Tobacco Program employee with a performance rating of 3.00 or higher with no rating of "Does Not Meet" for any single performance element OR Six (6) months experience in the management of growing or marketing cotton OR Six (6) months experience as a computer programmer or operator OR Six (6) months clerical experience as a bank teller, bookkeeper, tax clerk, or secretary OR Six (6) months experience in a trade requiring special training or license such as welder, electrician, plumber, auto mechanic, licensed practical nurse, medical lab technician, etc. OR successful completion of training at a vocational technical school.

PROOF OF SPECIAL TRAINING OR LICENSE REQUIRED.

Must have a minimum of high school diploma or GED education.

PROOF OF EDUCATION MUST BE PROVIDED WITH SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION.

Classing School will be held September 14th thru October 02nd from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Daily attendance is required and necessary to successfully pass the test at the end of the training.
