Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representitive and a Court Monitor to join our team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of individuals in various settings. This position requires the patience of working with children, excellent communication skills with team members and customers alike, and a passion for always doing our best.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor individuals and maintain a safe environment
  • Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, parents, and staff members
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating activities such as parties, events and fieldtrips
  • Handle conflicts or issues that may arise in a calm and professional manner
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, English and Spanish if possible
