Your energetic presence will help maintain high safety standards while providing exceptional guest service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively entertainment setting, promoting active recreation and memorable experiences for visitors of all ages. As a key team member, you will oversee trampoline activities, enforce safety protocols, and assist guests to ensure their visit is both enjoyable and secure. Responsibilities Monitor trampoline court activities continuously to ensure adherence to safety rules and prevent accidents Enforce safety protocols by guiding guests on proper jumping techniques and behavior expectations Assist guests with equipment setup, including harnesses or safety gear as needed Respond promptly to any incidents or conflicts on the trampoline court, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues calmly and effectively Conduct routine inspections of the trampoline area to identify potential hazards and maintain cleanliness and order Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Support event management activities such as birthday parties or group bookings by coordinating activities and ensuring safety standards are met Skills Strong background in events management and guest relations to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods Proven conflict management skills to handle disputes or unruly behavior professionally Experience working with children, understanding their needs and ensuring their safety on the trampoline court Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, processing transactions through POS (Point of Sale) systems, and managing guest payments Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work experience for versatile operational support Excellent communication skills for public speaking and providing clear instructions to diverse audiences Previous experience in hospitality or event venues enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for transaction processing and safety measurements Join us as a Trampoline Court Monitor where your enthusiasm fuels fun while your attention keeps everyone safe!
