Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL Truck Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting material and/or equipment safely and efficiently across various routes. The Truck Driver will operate different types of vehicles, including side dumps, end dumps, dump trailers, water trucks, and dump trucks Duties Safely operate commercial trucks to transport material and/or equipment to various locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Manage route planning to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays. Load and unload material and/or equipment. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours, what was delivered and to where, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Willing to travel periodically-Per diem comes with travel Experience Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license class A (CDL Class A). Must be able to communicate in English proficiently. Familiarity with operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, side dumps, end dump, dump trailers, water trucks, and dump trucks Experience in route driving with a strong understanding of logistics operations. Ability to handle equipment and/or material safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries. Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
